A trading company situated in downtown, the management wanted an office where they can have two clear distinction of public and private space. Due to the nature of their work, they hold many meetings and guests, hence one of their key priorities is how assigned the different components and how those spaces can interact with one another.
Materials
In preliminary stages, we arranged a few options of materials samples that can give client a better understanding of the overall concept and vibe of the interior finishing.
Zoning Diagram
We used basic diagrams to explain to our clients the interactions between spaces and how they work in conjunction with one another. Human flow are also highlighted to show how the users can interact with the space.
Functions & Utilities
Another diagram of such would be shown to help clients understand various utilities they can use in different areas.
